Woohoo! Ordered my S4 today. Saloon version in Phantom Black.
Initial indications are for Early March.

Got the following options
Bluetooth Mobile telephone preperation
Audi parking system plus
Drive select with Dynamic steering and Damper control
Electric folding and auto dimming door mirrors
Carbon atlas inlays
Bang + Olufsen advanced sound system
DAB digital radio module
Technology Pack 1
Tyre pressure monitoring system
Heated front seats with individual controls and variable temperature adjustment
Removable towbar with retractable 13 pin socket ( for my bike carrier, not a caravan)
Quattro sports differential
Manual rear side blinds

Are there any must-haves? Thinking about the electric rear sunblind. Anyone have this? Is it any good? Does it rattle?

Sounds a nice spec. I've read from other S4 posts that the 'super sport' seats are a popular option.
March? That's a hell of a wait!

Yeah good spec, mine is similar to yours but I have:

Adaptive Lights
High Beam Assist
Tyre Pressure Monitors
Privacy (mine is an Avant)
Hill hold
Rear side airbags
Heated front/rear seats

No tow bar though or carbon inlays (wanted to add but too late)

I assume you have a manual? I've not bothered with the Supersport seats, I didn't think they were that nice TBH and I think the standard seats are very comfy. I also wanted the option of fitting the DVD screens for the children.
 
All nice spec's but I think the super sport seats are worth the extra I love mine they just seem much more comfortable and cosmetically they just look good.

Now got 700 miles on can't wait to open her up,have had a few short bursts and you can really feel it's all there just waiting to be unleashed.

Thought about the supersport seats, but there has to be a cut-off point, or otherwise all the boxes would get ticked :) I just hope the delivery date does not slip!
I am thinking about changing the colour to Quartz though. Does anyone have pictures of S4's in that colour?
 
I pondered an S4 but decided if I got one then I'd have to get the seats, sports diff, carbon trim etc

It ended up that I'd be spending £8k more than my A4....and it simply wasn't worth that amount of extra dosh.

Yargnat - yours sounds like a nice spec. Too many people seem to scrape together the cash to just get an S4 and I think they'll suffer come the time they want to sell. I think yours is a good spec without being silly.
 
Agreed Scotty, I think mine lists at 45k, that's a big difference when compared to a standard manual saloon OTR price. :(

Mine lists at around £37.5k. I could have had a plain S4 and saved £2k! :happy:
 
Build date is set for week 02. So, assumming this doesn't slip, when will the car be at the dealers?

Did you spec sat-nav?
 
Yup, got the satnav with it. Was thinking about changing the wheels to 19" I like the ones on the S5's not sure of the model number though.
I wonder how much the 18's would be worth.
 
I like the RS6 wheel on black S4's. You can get a nice set off ebay for 800 ish inc tyres. I bet you would probably get more for yours too, with them being OEM.
