Had my 1st audi r8 encounter today I was in my works van driving up the dual carraige way going to a job and I heard a roaring sound, 
as I looked to my right it was the beast! My actual words were f*** me its an R8! It took over me so I tried to catch it up in my van ha! ha! 
As it happened a mondeo pulled out in front of it causing the R8 to slam on its brakes which had a knock on effect causing me to [[STAND]] on my brakes! 
Lucky enough I stopped at least 2 feet behind it with a smell of burning rubber. I nearly wrote the R8 off! But at least I got a very good look at that big bulky engine in the back! Just thought id share this with you.LMAO
