Many months ago my DAB radio stopped working, now the SIM card isn't being recognised for connected services. I'm wondering if it's antenna related? Has anyone had a similar issue?

FM and AM still work, are all aerials in one location? if not where are each of the aerials located? I'm assuming the little shark fin must include something?

I lost DAB on my old PFL which turned out to be a loom issue somewhere in the headlining.

IIRC GPS and phone are in the shark fin but radio antenna is in the glass of the rear windscreen.

My A5 intermittently loses connection to everything every so often. It seems to be after heavy rain like thunderstorms.

Thanks for this, I've found a loom issue in my boot lid (a different fault), so maybe it's the same, wasn't too bad to access, guessing the head lining might be trickier?

Sounds like the shark fin aerial. I had this in an a6 and replaced under warranty. They replaced the aerial, headlining and assume cabling as well.
what the tech showed me was small amounts of water corrodes the inside of aerial and it’s not repairable. I think the body coloured cover is reusable but rest was junk.
