Look at a set of 'Whisper Bars'

This is what I have. Slimline and don't stand out while on the car and not in use

I've got standard halfords non aero roof bars on my avant. They never come off & have never moved since I put them on about 3 years ago. This is good for speed limiting me below 110mph, as the wind rush reminds me to slow down
