Cant find steering wheel lever to adjust.

Hi,
My mum bought my sister a 2009 Audi A3 and we cant seem to find the lever to adjust the steering wheel. I was suspecting it may be broken? I checked the manual and it should be under the wheel column but i can see no lever. Help please.

its there, the handle with the 2 screws, pull it down
