After years away from the brand, I’m pleased to say that this week I’ll take delivery of a new A4 Avant Black Edition. It’s nice to be back!

I had to go for Mythos Black in the end because of the crazy delays on the grey I’d ordered, but chuffed either way.

And to top it off, got a road trip to Scotland the day after its delivered, which will be a great way to start the ownership experience!

In the meantime, any recommendations for...
Rubber matts
Rubber boot liner
Dog guard (if this is even necessary?)
Potentially some sort of bag/net that will allow luggage to be strapped in aside the pooch.

Hit me up with your links :)

Welcome. Which engine did you opt for?

My previous A4 came with an Audi boot liner entirely in error which I've put into my new B9. Can't fault it though imagine they're expensive.

I have no recommendations on rubber mats as I just use the Audi carpet ones

Welcome back to the brand. What car did you have previously if you don't mind me asking. I recently officially joined the A4 club after having a VW Golf for a few years.

I went for the 35TFSI S-tronic.
I’m coming from a Mitsubishi PHEV which was a thoroughly disappointing ownership experience and put me off hybrid tech.
Before that a BMW320xd touring
And before that VW Golf R, and a VW Golf GTi (which were both fantastic cars!)

Welcome! I got the following rubber mats:

Amazon product

They are a great fit and cover areas that regular Audi mats dont. Ended up getting a purpose fit rubber mat from eBay, lots of choice and they do the job. I don't have dogs os a liner wasn't required.

Well I hope your A4 serves you well and once again welcome back to Audi.

Hi congrats on the B9 great choice,

bit late to the party with his reply but re the Rubber Load liner question, I've been using this one for a couple of years and its been great also ordered a Seat Ibiza one for the Mrs' car been equally good. I had planned on replacing it for the more pricey Audi one at some point but I definitely wont be replacing it! cheers.
