Gearbox service and recall

Dropped my A4 off at my local Audi dealer tonight ready for some work tomorrow.
Gone in for S tronic oil service and alternator recall with latest software update.
Found out while I was up there that there’s still one service available from previous owners
service plan . Find out in the morning if I’m getting a service for free

They won't do the gearbox service as part of the service plan I don't think

Yeh I do realise that I’m paying for the gearbox service , but waiting to see if I get a free flexible or long life service .

If there is one available on a plan then they should be able to claim against it. They do it by reg/chassis number, not customer details

The only issue is the car is 2 weeks over the timeframe, hopefully the parts/service manager
a good friend of mine will get it sorted .

I've had mine serviced on plan when it was overdue before. Just depends how arsey they want to be I suppose, but in these times I'm sure they can be flexible

All good the 2 recalls sorted and gearbox oil serviced for £225.
Free service as well
