Air vent light

Hi, does anyone know why my B8 2009 air vent light doesn't glow? Is it a fuse or something else? Picture is not mine, see the highlighted part.

Pull vent & check if yours are infact backlit, iirc there were 2 types.

If yours are, test non working 1 on a working side.
 
I think there was an issue with the glove box light causing fires on the b8 so Audi pulled the lighting instead of actually sorting it out and I think this meant that the air vents lost the lighting as well...

I thought that comes with standart spec comparing to the older models that all of them have lights. Yes I dont have light in a glove box what was strange when I saw. Thanks for the info.
 
Are any other buttons not lighting up like parking sensor, traction control etc? If you have the light pack there is a wire from the comfort controller that lights all these up together. I had a short on that wire not long ago and my vent lights went out as well as those other buttons that all run off the same wire. Link to my pose here
