what is the best brake discs for sq5. Stock , drilled or drilled and grooved, and what make.?
Thank You.

When you say Best what do you mean?. Best for stopping you on track , best for longevity , Best looking??.
Drilled discs should really be avoided for all scenarios , Do you really need discs with Grooves on ?.
Assuming you don't want to pay OE prices, although sometimes OE are not that bad. But with the 380x36 mm size on these they are probably not cheap.
Having a quick look around if I was buying discs for an SQ5 I would get some of these.

Zimmerman are a quality make, these discs are 2 part so have an alloy centre the same as the OE discs and they are coated so hopefully won't get rusty as quick as uncoated discs do. You can get cheaper solid one piece discs from MTEC and a few other manufacturers but they just take cheaper plain discs and drill the holes and machine grooves in them.
Some pretty looking brakes.

Two part discs like the OE ones and Zimmerman have better cooling than the single piece items, they are also lighter . I found this on my track TT that at one point was using the 334mm V6 TT brake discs. I was running EBC one piece brake discs as the OE 2 piece items are expensive and the brakes were good but temperatures on track were hot (I use heat sensitive paint to record peak temps). I found some reasonable price ATE two piece discs and the temps were lower on these. Air is able to flow through and around the disc more easily.
You could try contacting *** for a quote on some OE discs. They are very good and it's where I go for any expensive OE parts .
