I believe they are called Pilot Sport Acoustic ? if they have AO in the description then that's what Audi use.
I think you need to provide more info then.. What year S3 and what spec ie saloon/hatchback or three door also what rim size. Audi chop and change their tyres quite often from the factory. My November 2015 saloon came with Continentals contact 5 on 19" rims. Hopefully someone will come along with the correct info for you.
If you're wanting the original fit, search for the tyre description containing "AO" - for "Audi Original". But in truth all modern tyres do a good job - I generally select mine (especially on an S3 with 19" rims) from those with the lowest noise rating and decent grip figures.
With big rims and or diamond cut I prefer tyres with decent rim protectors like the P Zero AO
My Mrs wee 1-0 litre ecoboost Fiesta goes through the front tyres every 12k miles the rears every 14k miles it's a Fiesta so a very light car PS4s where oem fitment now they fit PS4 to it for whatever reason it's a maintained lease car
I recall ripping through Yokohama (510s?) many moons ago. About that kind of mileage on the fronts but they gripped very well in the wet. I guess its a trade off grip versus life, think I prefer the former with 400lbs foot trying to go through them
