I’m thinking about 13mm wheel spacers, just to fill the arches a bit and improve the looks. What’s people’s opinions on these from a handling and safety point of view? By handling, I mean I don’t want to ruin it and by safety I mean I don’t want to lose any wheels. Obviously I’d be looking at hubcentric by a reputable brand...

Im on 15s and my rear rub if i go over a speed hump too quick so 13s may just be perfect otherwise go for 10s but 15s look so good

Still on stock alloys and ride height and suspension will upload a photo tomorrow for comparison

Mine are bimmec so id say either bimmec or H&R

That’d be great, cheers. I’m stock on the rear but lowered on Eibachs on the front, OEM wheels.

I’ve been looking at the Forge Motorsport spacers but the H&R ones from AKS look good too and they do a good price on the extended bolts.

Front spring are alot harder then rears since there hold the weight of the engine probably why the rear only rub plus in live in london speed hump are like hills here so i never really considered lowering the car although i do wana close that gap between the arch

I had 12mm ST spacers with stock ET55 Rotors, the back rubbed and the front looked just a little too wide for me. Im on ST-X Coilovers.

Really? 12mm doesn’t seem like when you look how far the wheels appear to be tucked into the arch. Maybe 10mm might be better....

10mm rear, 8mm front on mine.
Stock suspension.
Its very subtle which is how i like it.

No one has mentioned any detrimental to handling or messing with the Haldex which is good. The only reason I asked about safety is because I once watched a ‘Dyno Fails’ video on YouTube

Btw it handles alot better car sit more planted round corners so its suprised how 10-15mm on each side makes quite a difference i wont affect the haldex though
