Hello,

I did search the forums for a similar case but couldn't find anything!

I've come to realise that I have the wrong steering wheel for my 2016 S3. The steering wheel I have fitted is for a virtual cockpits (view button instead of menu) and the wiper stick also does not have buttons to control the DIS either so I'm completely blocked from accessing the settings menu and other functionality I may not be aware of.

Does anyone know if there is a way to control the DIS from the MMI etc or is the simple answer to buy the correct steering wheel and have it fitted?

Cheers,

Jack.

My steering wheel was replaced as a Audi Monkey damaged the leather, but thats a different story. When I picked it up after replacement, I had to go back in as the buttons didn't work. You would think they would test it... The icons were different too. They just swapped the control panel back to the original.

Not sure what functions you can access from the wiper?

I don't have any extra buttons on the wiper stick to control the DIS. The car I have was involved in an accident and I presume the wheel was replaced, but so guess the owner has no idea what wheel they needed to get.
