Was never a fan of Ara when I had my FL but it has grown on me.
I suppose Voodoo isn’t bad either.

According to the German Audi site the S3 Edition one Saloon will add the the following at the cost of about £6k
Exterior color Tango red, metallic
Foil Audi rings on the rear doors
Entry projection Audi rings, front doors
Roof dome in brilliant black
Black chrome-plated tailpipe trims in S-specific 4-pipe design
black accents in the area of the Audi Singleframe, the trim strips, the bumpers and the side sill trims
Privacy glazing (darkened panes)
Exterior mirror housings in carbon
Tailgate spoiler in carbon
Audi rings at the front and rear and type designation S3 in high-gloss black
Inlay in carbon atlas structure
darkened matrix LED headlights with dynamic lighting and dynamic flashing lights with digital daytime running lights
Ambient lighting package plus
Light-alloy wheels, 5-twin-spoke edge design, anthracite black, high-sheen *, 8 J x 19, 235/35 R 19 tires, Audi Sport GmbH

Never been keen on the A7. Back end looks just wrong to me. For the same money, I'd take an RS6. Much cooler. But £119,000????? Wow. Just Wow.

Did they forget to take out the suspension blocks? That rides far too high. Never Hatch or Saloon look special. Think the S3 / RS3 Saloon's will look better externally.
By the end of the year Audi will have released all the available colours for the A3/S3 Plus all the model and interior trim/alloy options.....dont see there being an S3 Paint only colour like before...ie Estoril/Sepang/Ara...but maybe a Vorsprung paint ONLY ...On the German configurator you cannot chose the option of an Exclusive Paint Colour on the Edition 1 models.....Python Yellow exterior paint comes with yellow interior stitching in the S3 Sportback ONLY.Tango Red exterior Paint Colour comes with Red interior stitching in the S3 Saloon ONLY.....you cannot get an Edition 1 S3 in any other colour
That does seem a lot extra (£6k) for not a huge amount. Ok, matrix, alloys and the Carbon bits cost, but some light projectors, stickers and darkened glass with above should not add up to that much.
As well as what youve already mentioned,Your getting 19's,carbon door mirror covers,carbon duck tail spoiler,black painted roof....all a bit tacky looking barring the alloys too my eyes
If l am honest l would have the carbon interior trim over the standard aluminum ....

The Current RS3 mpg is around 25 mpg.....that's average, S3 is 32 mpg.....my S3 is around 36 mpg but like all cars it depends how you drive them
RS6/RS7 Both have always have been around this price.....Yeah it's a lot of money...but not if you can afford them........RSQ8.....RSQ3 sport back now they dont make any sense whatsoever ...................l walked around an Audi Forecourt last weekend.....and there was a Q5....NOT even an SQ5.....not even the face lifted car....and emblazoned on the side of it was £1799 deposit £799 @ month........mental rental price

Their target market is whoever will buy one, from my experience a good 80% of Audi’s on the road are the standard Sline variants and they are driven by chavs thinking they are middle class because they have an Audi on PCP

I just found the comment around black roofs not being in keeping with Audi's target market.
Audi's are driven by everyone, they are as common on the road in some variants as a Ford Focus

What a horrible attitude! Middle clash - oof!
No worse or different from the “black roofs are not appropriate for an Audi” and don’t fit the type of people who Audi are trying to attract. That comment is clearly stating that a black roof is something applied to a “cheaper” car and no “posh” Audi driver would be seen dead driving such a vehicle.
All I pointed out is that if Audi are trying to attract this type of driver, in my experience in general of Audi’s on the road they are doing a very poor job of it.
My daughter has recently bought a 2017 model A1, Floret Silver with a black roof, and I think it looks really smart.....each to their own opinion lol!!!

Forgot about the A1....it all depends on the car l suppose smaller cars are less serious cars.....So they suit a bit of jazzing up.....Suitable cars....Black Roofs Matter.....lol but a new to the market 8y S3 Saloon really doesnt in my opinion.....a Pano roof....is enough
I think it also depends on colour. A lighter colour like floret, with pano and black roof and black pack would look awesome I reckon. But what do I know I drive a SUV
I don't get the configurator, with the 35tfsi you can't have the memory seats and with all models you can't have the flat bottomed steering wheel with the drivers assist. Two options I would like to have....
