I notice that the button which releases or locks in place the convertible top handle tends to be balky at times - i.e. have to push the button several times before the handle releases. Anyone else have this problem, solutions?

I used to find that when I first acquired my roadster it was initially difficult to get the handle to release , I then realised that I was trying to do it too quickly and that a good (and slow) firm press on the button was all that was required.
