I'm still having a nightmare with getting answers out of Audi.
Everytime I call or message Audi UK the answer changes on delivery times.
I ordered in May, for delivery first week in September.
It seems the factory may re-open soon, but the leasing broker thinks my order will be delayed until end of October.
What is everyone being quoted for delivery times? I'm hoping my build will be front of the queue ish when the MY2021 starts getting built!

If the factory doesn’t open until Aug I think you’ll struggle for early Sept unless your build week is next week. times from leaving the factory to getting to the UK seem to be about 2 weeks (I was over 3 but ordered a dealer stock car so back of the queue at Emden). I’ve then just been quoted 7-10 working days to get to the dealer by Audi and the dealer which seems about right as I’ve been stuck on status 39 since Saturday.

I ordered on 4th May and was given a build date of 13th Aug which also showed on the Audi Tracking website, but so far hasn't been built. I'm still being told a delivery date of mid to end September but not convinced.
My build date was this week order date early June and according to the tracker it has left Ingolstadt. It was a second order as the first one was incorrect but I doubt if that made any difference.
I ordered mid-July, with estimated delivery September / October. Not got a build date yet, and currently on "status 00" - "Welcome to Brussells"
Interestingly my car is now reversing the build process and has gone from having left Ingolstadt back to quality control!!
I am black edition, 35 tfsi, with comfort and sound pack. ordered mid may. no update on build dates at all yet!
Anyone thinking about just canning their order? I was 50:50 with an XC60, but the deal on the A4 was too good to pass up. But if we’re talking months and months delay even now then I’m potentially up for paying a bit more and getting a car now.
I certainly am considering it, and have been looking at other alternatives. If a cracking in stock deal comes about in meantime I will likely change.
But if nothing good value in the meantime, I will hold on and use partners car for a couple of months!...
22 weeks is what was suggested as current lead times .
That would align with the factory shut down delay and pretty much how long mine took from order.

Took delivery of my black edition 35tfsi with comfort and sound pack today. It is worth the wait!
Loving mine Luke but still getting to grips with a few settings.

Very envious. Mine has been sitting at Sheerness for a week now , just waiting for it to move to my dealer. Really tired of waiting now , I hope its worth it.
It will be ,one of my most relaxing drives for a long time , and that includes recent volvos and my last A5 .

I got my car stock which was built in the first week of March. I purchased the car on the 5th June. So took about 7 weeks for it to arrive from the point it left the factory.glad to hear this!! I was hoping the comfort and sound pack is worth it

I should hopefully have my A4 Saloon this week depending on how long the PDI takes...
so far 140 days since the order was placed with the broker but luckily I am not in a rush as I currently don't really need a car.
I did actual consider cancelling the order in April but was told I would have to pay a £1K cancellation fee I have wanted to get the VW T-Roc R for a while and as soon as I placed the order for the A4 it's price significantly dropped!!!
I should of argued with the broker but didn't bother as I did drive the A4 a while back and it was a good drive I also felt I got a pretty good deal so decided to stick with the car.

My car is currently at Emden it has been there for a few days, it is a MY2021 just hope not to long a wait now.
I have used both but the phone app seems to have stopped working and the website is very slooow! The code is showing at 38 so I keep looking at car transporter ships heading to Grimsby, there is one on its way and one leaving in a couple of days so fingers crossed - so near and yet so far!

Just had an update from my dealer. Mid to end Oct now from a September delivery. Still awaiting a build date too.

I fear I am officially old though, the level of tech is ridiculous in the mmi. Its taken me hours to sort the myaudi app and it still isn't perfect. I daresay I'll never use 90% of the menus/functions in it!
I must've inputted my email address 20+ times trying to log in and set stuff up. Intuitive (to me) it is not .
I did finally manage to turn on the HUD though which felt like a huge victory!

Last week of MY20 mine was I think.
Only a tdi 163. I'd love an S4 but couldn't sensibly justify it .

First long trip today, car is superb in every way apart from one - good lord the front seats are horrid after 3 hours at the moment. I hope I can find a decent adjustment/position in the coming weeks or I'm gonna take a horrid pasting at the dealers if I have to change it!

I thought it was just me , pressure on my right buttock and right lower back.
I have the sports seats I assume you have and have tweeked it and improved it in the last few lonk drives

Yeah same sports seats.
Oh man I really hope it gets better. Its fine for an hour but after that its grim. My right buttock/thigh are the issue. I have 200 miles to do this afternoon, I'll be concentrating on adjusting and fine tuning to try and get the seat position correct.
Even thinking about having to sell a new car after a month almost brings tears to my eyes!
Interesting yours is similar pressure points to me .
I suspect its possibly something slightly offset in the driving position.
I am a fit strong cyclist who also spends 6 days a week in the gym so its not like I have a weak core and slump in my seat.
I raised the rear of the seat squab in small increments until it was better.

they have offered me a stock one instead but it has metallic paint so want a bit more on the lease - ill try to argue that bit down...
question is - this model will be a 35tfsi with 150ps. Would it be worth waiting for the 165ps newmodel?
any idea if itll make it much quicker, and fuel efficient? - if it is then ill probably just wait a bit!

Not sure really but a 10% increase in power is quite significant, it might be worth getting a firm delivery date from the dealer as there has been a lot of misinformation (fake news) about delays etc. My car was ordered early June and should be with me in a couple of weeks.
Not sure if this is of interest to anyone, but I had an update from my broker on the A4 avant BE I ordered at the end of June - he knows nothing, and the dealer knows nothing, and they’ve had no progress on any of the A4 Avants ordered in recent months.
Mines been on 40 for a couple of days, by the time it reaches the dealer and is pdi’d I reckon it will be a 70 reg. I would take it earlier if it was a couple of weeks and accept a 20 but its getting too tight.
