Guys audi a3 2.0 tdi sounds really loud the car is 6 year old 1,600 miles on clock no fault codes on vcds no lights on dash drives and regenerates perfect any ideas or am i over thinking things ??

That is DEFO NOT 1600 miles, 6 year old car...

Yes mate we only use it weekends as i have another car for work

Have you been changing the oil and all the filters?
Regardless of the miles, its still 6 years old and needs to be maintained every year
The max I would leave oil in my car is 8 months regardless of miles.

Do a full service every six months use castrol edge 5w30 oil

Every weekend? or once a month? more? Then it has been sat for long time something got STIFF in it? Mostly wheel bearings... brake pads, discs

Good stuff.
Maybe do a nice long run to clean out the pipes, get it warmed up and ensure you have fresh fuel.
I have the same car 2014, its not the quitest and I am on 114,000 but still doing good, no major issues.

We were out in it today and it did a regen no issues.
