I have an a3 with the rnse audi navigation plus headunit, i have front and rear parking sensors with the distance display shown on the screen, is there any headunits that will work with the sensors and keep the distance display and keep all button controls and steering wheel controls ect, thanks

Keeping the steering wheel controls isn't a problem. Alpine do some units that come with an Alpine fitting solution which retains parking sensor display and heater display for VW Golfs. I can ask if they do the same for your car if you like?
Dynavin did ops, but few things, 1st seriously overpriced, 2nd awful support, 3rd wouldn't be confident about warranty, 4th radio reception sucked, 5th firmware upgrades actually didn't fix issues.
So yeah there is but I've lived without ops on an android unit for a long time, prefer the android unit abilities to parking display.

I hear you, but while a nice unit in my opinion the RNS is really out of date. No CarPlay/Android Auto, DAB, Bluetooth music streaming those features just of the top of my head.
