Facelift MMI not keeping sound settings

Hi everyone.
It's pretty much as the title says really.
I set the sound settings, like bass, treble, surround strength and speed dependant volume, but when I switch the car off it loses all these settings and everything goes back to 'medium'.
It's the MMI+ with B&O if that matters.

Am I doing something wrong, or do I need a trip to the dealer?
 
make sure you are pressing the MMI button once you have choose the level of bass etc each time... that should save them

It's a known issue mate, had mine in yesterday for seats and asked them to take a look at sound settings as I've got the same issue. They did a software update but won't fix the issue as they are waiting on a patch from Audi.

And yes it's F-Ing annoying having to change it every time you get in the car.

I did have a look through loads of threads to see if it had been asked before, but couldn't find anything. I probably wasn't using the right keywords.

I guess I'll just have to tolerate it until Audi release a patch.

Milnesafc, did the update they installed do anything else?

Not sure mate, did get back until late last night so haven't had a chance to look. I'll try have a look tonight and let you know.

Took mine in for some warranty work a few months ago and asked them to sort this aswell, they said an update should be out in a few months and to keep checking with them. 67 plate with B&O.
