Hi Folks, I am new in forum and need some advice. I have a4(b9) 1.4 tfsi . my current set up wheels ad rims are 225-50-17 with 38et offset. I found a5 rims which is 29et with 245-40-18. do you guys think will it fit on my car without creating brake and suspansion problems. Thanks a lot

Hi there, yes I think they will fit. You can check more precisely at https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.p...ct2=40&wheel_size=18&wheel_width=8&offset2=29

I assumed your original wheel were 7.5 wide and the new ones were 8.0 wide

Well if you click the link and update the width of the new setup with 8.5 it says it will be 3.7mm nearer the suspension side, which would probably be fine, but the outer rim will poke out by 21.7mm from where your existing wheel is. Don't know if that's too much or not.
