Should I buy an A7 3.0 tfsi s-tronic with 124K (KM) ???

S tronic needs servicing every 38k. Make sure it’s had them. From what I’ve read on a few forums. The 3.0T is reliable. One issue I know of it the clutch on the supercharger pulley can go. But then again I’ve never owned one.
