Hey hey hey! I’ve got a stock Audi A3, 8p, s line black edition 2.0L turbo diesel, 59 plate.

Picture attached of how we are currently sat.

I know they are lowered as standard, I will keeping the wheels which are 18’s.

I’m after lowering to a decent ride height, but low enough to warrant it looking good.

I’m happy with a good set of springs, shocks and whatever else I may need..??

Need help deciding a ride height.. and then where we go from there..

Thanks!!

The S-line is already 25mm lower than standard.
I've got a 170 sport quattro, which is normally 15mm lower than standard - pic shows my car after fitting a set of Eibach 30mm lower springs yesterday. (very bright sunlight so difficult to get a good pic.) These would only give you a 5mm lowering on your S-line.
Don't go too low - it might look cool but you've got to live with it every day !

I don’t want to go silly, just want something that sits nicely. Everyone is different I suppose.
Just want a nice drop and good set up..

As others have said, consider the fact that usually the quoted lowering effect is taken compared to SE spec ride height. As your car will be lower from factory, you may not achieve the desired effect depending on which springs you use.

I've had both Eibach Pro-Kit and Sportline springs on my car. Pro-kit gives better ride but the lowering is hardly noticeable on the front and does lower the rear of the car which exaggerates the rear being lower, looks daft but there we are.

Sportline springs lower the front more than the rear, so will level the car out.

I bought my suspension from @DPM , Damian is really helpful!
