Rocker cover and.cam Shaft seal leak?

I've got the 2.4 V6 with an oil leak from the rear passenger rocker cover and or camshaft seal?
Anyone got a walk through how to replace these? Need it fixed asap. Went for a spin around town and it was smoking. Mate said he could see the oil dripping underneath. Until tomorrow I won't be able get underneath to have a look

I used this video. It isn’t too bad. I did it the slow but correct way by taking the cam shaft out. Wasn’t too bad.

I think I'll going to bite the bullet and pass this to a garage. Also needs CV joints. I need the car fixed before the weekend as may have a long journey back to London/Essex to start a new job AND find accomodation. Stressful week
