Merc A45s...

Not at all, I quite like some of them apart from Diesel SUV. Friend has an 04 996 Turbo Cab. Very nice. Not sure that most offer any more than an Audi and they aren’t that special.
Picking it up on Friday.
Plenty of photos will be taken and best ones will be posted.
I frequently look for a potential photo opportunity with my cars....always searching for that one perfect shot.....and thanks to mobile phone camera technology this is much easier than it used to be.

Is that the old A45s too? Tbf the RS4 is nearly 1800kg however for the Merc to be faster is some accomplishment.

If you have any doubts about which is the latest shape A Class, the new one is instantly recognisable by the "panamericana" grille.
Also only the new one is called an A45 S, the old one was simply A45.

Absolutely loving it mate
I've had it nearly 4 months now so plenty of time with the car now.
It was a perfect replacement for the RS3 and feels just as special - more so atm with it being so new.
Exterior and interior it has the wow factor and with my RS3 being a pre-fl, it also feels insanely fast covering 0 to 62 half a second faster.
I'm really enjoying playing around with the dash configurator and having boost gauges and g meters on the screen lol
So yeah overall very very happy thanks.

Think i have only seen one on the road they are a rare thing .
I'am keeping my eye on the used market for the A45s .

I suspect it is around the £500 mark tbh ... I'm sure I checked just before getting the car but can't remember exactly.
I think any car over £40k now is around this mark so hard to avoid with such a low capping value.
Yeah I have not seen another one so certainly enjoying the rarity & not that many reported new owners on the a class forum.
Perhaps more will start to filter in as times goes on.

£41 per month for me, didn't want to give the ****** government all that money up front. Pay them enough tax as it is. Grump over.

I hate paying the higher band tax I suppose it just something I would have to get used to. I bought a Mk5 R32 back in 07 and was gob smacked when I had to pay £400 for a years tax maybe its me being tight
looking at them the other day and the tax as now jumped to £570 a year 
True pal, just hate giving to the tax manFair enough mate, but then costs even more when monthly
I am considering a A45s for my next car just waiting to see the new S/rs3 no rush tho it will be this time next year before I consider changing .

I always try and pay around 50% deposit which helps keep the payment low .

I was of that mind set last year but then had to bite the bullet if I wanted a new car so it is what it is ... it’s a rip off but we can’t do a lot about it can we.
I suppose if you want nice things then you have to pay for it and the government want there share to
