What have you done to your Audi A4 B7 today?

This afternoon I gave the old bus a good wash , claybar'd the bonnet roof and tailgate followed by a good polish and seal, looks almost presentable :icon thumright:.
I expect it will throw it down tomorrow now.:sadlike:

Front discs and pads change, just Brembos I bought a good while ago. One side done, one to go. Did the rears already.

Nothing specific to the old bus , but this afternoon I collected up all the B7 parts I have mounting up in the shed, garage etc and put it all in a big heap, just need to decide what to do with it all now as I don't need most of it.

What you got

I'll stick up a list over the next few days with what I wish to rehome .

Yes on ebay, then just spray them any colour you want and slap a sticker on them, couple of coats of clear and that's it.

Search this on ebay...

FRONT BRAKE PAD FITTING KIT CALIPER SPRING PLATE FITS: AUDI S3 06-12 BPF1846D

£10.95 for the springs and then find something to stick on if you want.

Thanks, just got them.

I'll put some up in the morning as my phone won't upload pic now for some reason, if it's not one thing , it's another.
But what I will say is this, they are most certainly not OEM fitment.

Replaced the battery as the old one was pretty much done for..

Discovered half a tree and a wheel barrow of mud back under the tray.. vacuumed it out.

Realised the cabin filter was likely an “original”.. have ordered a new one so hopefully at some point next week it’ll arrive and I can button it up. Also pressure washed the coverings to spruce them up..

Also a few bits coming off the old bus shortly.

Just a follow-on.
I've got a list of bits and will stick them up shortly.
There are some nice bits but with the current situation I wont be looking to move them on for a few weeks at least , best plan is that if your are interested drop me a pm once you've seen the list.
Will be letting my 18Z's go along with discs etc also the hybrid turbo parts I planned on using in Plan A, anyway , just a head up really so keep an eye on the classified section.
I'm not looking to make any profit , just recoupe my original outlay.

Changed the rear wiper motor which I bought about a week after purchasing the car........4 years ago :whistle2:

Also used my new screw extraction bit set to remove 2 snapped hpfp retaining bolts!

What will be your braking system of choice on the upgrade Rob?

Let me guess, you’re getting another set of wheels? I know you have a fetish.

That had you all thinking.:haha:
Over the last few days there have been several rather naughty small feathered friends sitting on my door mirrors and leaving little messages on the door below, what are they like.
They seemed to be attracted to the glass or something, so wrapped them up and bingo, no more naughtyness.

I won't try driving with them like that ….that would be just bonkers
