Replacement Screws

Hi

Can anyone suggest a source for the screws / retainers that hold the plastic engine cover on to the engine ?

The one holding down the cover to the left of the engine bay ( protecting the power steering bottle and surrouding the coolant) - is not budging and I will probably have to drill it out

It has a large cross shape in the top plasitc and a small metal philips in the centre
