Hi all.
I've got a 2009 A6 3.0tdo s line.
Seem to be having problems with the bluetooth not being able to find the phone. It searches for it but cant find anything?
Also says Sat nav isn't available?

Anyone got any advice at all?

Could you post a picture of what MMI you have, and one of the sat-nav screen.

Hi.
I cant find the hidden menu but I have attached the "version" that I have.
I think it doesn't have sat nav tbh but there no reason why the bluetooth shouldn't work.
I think I need a firmware update?
A point in the right direction would be awesome.
Thanks in advance

I had to update the MMI on my 2008 A6 to 5570 before it would find my iphone 6.

5570 is MMi 2G firmware, you have 3G. So you need to find the relevant software for MMI 3G Low/Basic

I do not have SD cards, old school cd player! So I downloaded the update and burnt it to CD's.

I have 2g MMI high installed on my A6 so 5570 was the update for that, you need to find the specific one for your installation.

*As B5NUT says :)*

In regards to the hidden menu, is this the 'Green menu'? It was not enabled on my MMi so had to be made active via VCDS before I could access it buy pressing CAR and SETUP together.

Thanks a lot for your help buddy.
Is it an ebay job or is there anyone you would recommend?
Thanks again

I assume that I dont have sat nav?
Would I need to get a new mmi unit to upgrade to nav?
Thanks again

I would just upgrade to a 3G high unit (would also need to change the screen), the problem you would have is removing component protection.

As far as the firmware upgrade goes you could try ebay, but if you know the part number then you could either buy the disk from your local dealer (some won't sell you this) or search the internet. Remember updates can fail and could leave you dead module, as they are difficult to recover if the update fails.

hi all.
As an update, I got a copy of a bt fix which HAS cured the problem.
I don't have nav anyway but the BT phone now works perfectly.
Give me a shout if anyone needs a.copy
