Hi everyone
I have a late 15 A7 BiTdi - considering a gentle tweak under the bonnet. I am from Ireland but planning to visit in July. I will be north of Swindon up towards the Cotswolds. I thought I was going to be up the country closer to Unicorn Motorsport and then thought I would be down in London near Bobby! But neither looks likely now. Obviously if it was really worth it, I could do a motorway blast - but seeing as I am keeping it pretty conservative with a Stage 1 fiddle - I guess it’s not so critical, or am I wrong? So someone in this area (Swindon) would be ideal. Opinions appreciated

Have you looked at TDI-Tuning boxes? Gonna get one on my A7 when I change insurance next (current won't insure engine mods). Look really impressive and untraceable when/if removed. Self fitting also - plug & play. Literally. Get the Bluetooth addition for finger tip control of 7 programs, and use WEB10 discount code.

Says you can tune the Bi-TDi to 377bhp & 754nm torque. Not to be sniffed at.

Thanks Audi_Addict
I will have a look now. A good friend had a ‘tuning box’ years ago on a 2.0 litre Ford that used to send the engine into limp mode on the highest setting, and eventually he had injector problems, so I would be sceptical. Although it did give a considerable power and torque boost and mostly worked well. Very easy to pop out and leave no trace.

Says they have a 5 year warranty, and can be transferred to another vehicle if you change/sell, but I understand your concerns
