In another thread regarding which springs/how low etc I mentioned that on the H and R springs it seemed to sit a little higher on the rear. Not excessively but enough to notice. I said for a while I was gonna look at the options on the back end as I thought the top spring mount/bush also acted as the locator for the spring.
Turns out I was right, however there was also some form of spacer there too. This is exactly 10mm and as far as I can tell not really necessary.
So if you happen to want to lower the rear by 10mm and your car has these on then whip them out

100% happy how its sat now (its also on 10mm spacers front and 15mm rear)
Please excuse the state of the car, not had enough of a gap in the weather when I'm free to wash it

I think that’s what’s been left in on mine as I mentioned in the other thread but mine sits fine as it’s on coilovers.

Yeah unless the coilovers come with some sort of locator you do have to at least use the rubber bush but I think you could see that in the picture you attached in the other thread?
Must admit I wouldn't mind having the car lower than it is now, I do like how yours is sat, but I share the car with my Mrs since I have a van for work. I'd be tempted with air suspension again (I fitted it to an Octavia I had previously) but for the amount the car gets used its kinda pointless

My coilovers have a locating peg on them but my mechanic said he left 1 of the bushings on I think it must be the green ones as he said if taken off the back will come down another 10mm. To be honest it’s low enough for me. I’m going to be changing spacers on the rear from 5mm to 8mm to get the wheels sitting a little better when there’s a break in this weather.
