Hi all, just wanted to say a quick hello as I’ve been lurking on here reading the threads for quite a while but never contributed!
I had a Sepang 2015 which I unfortunately wrote off last year, I replaced it not long after with a 2019 in Daytona. Hopefully the pictures I’ve uploaded of both are visible! All the best, Russ

Very nice mate, love the Daytona, had that on my previous S4 so fancied a change with the RS3 and went Nardo.

also interested to hear your thoughts after coming from a PFL to the new GPF car.

Enjoy mate :icon thumright:

Thanks! My PFL car was quite basic so it was nice going into the FL with a few more options, I love the pan roof and the SS seats. I’ll admit I was disappointed with the exhaust noise a bit to start with as I was expecting it to be louder and it didn’t pop and bang like my PFL but it has improved now I’ve got a few thousand on the clock and I’m quite happy with it now. My PFL didn’t have the sports exhaust so that probably helped with the transition to the FL car with the sports exhaust!
My PFL had a stage 1 tune so I may be tempted in future to go down the same route having read a few threads on here recently about tuning options for the 2019 FL model, I’m happy with it for now though as it feels just as quick as my stage 1 PFL.

Nice to hear you’re pleased with it and yes the exhaust note gets better with a few miles on it, have you considered a valve controller, that really helps with the noise at low revs?

Im going stage 1 next week so should be a rocket ship after that!

Cheers mate, love the Nardo! It was seeing the photos of the Daytona in the showroom that sold it to me, the lights always bring the best out in these types of paints!

No I haven’t but I do remember reading something about it. Is it a DIY install job?

I look forward to reading about how you get on with the stage 1!

Welcome to a fellow Daytona owner! Awesome when clean....which mine isn't at the moment...:whistle2:

Yeah it’s an easy DIY install, about 20 mins.

Cost is a bit high but there are a few to choose from, I ordered a CETE module and thoroughly recommend.

Yep - indoors always seems more attractive! Not had many dry days apart from those when it was blowing a gale....

I might consider that, have you got a link to the company that supplies them by any chance?

who are you going with for your stage one? Really interested to see how you get on as I am thinking of doing the same and get the exhaust flaps mapped to the driving m0des (dms do it)

Lovely car, really like Daytona grey and it suits the car perfectly with the black.

Hi mate, it’s a REVO map, I’m liking the sound of what they’ve done on their development car, not chasing big numbers (Although big enough!) and a nice smooth power delivery.

Will definitely post up my feedback once I’ve driven it a few miles.

Congrats on the RS3, and Daytona will go down as an all time great Audi colour. The silver fleck in the paint is stunning under sunlight.

Have they done development on a gpf car?

Cheers, it does look ace with the black trim. I’ve now changed the Audi badge on the front to black as well so I think it looks even better. I’ve just got to change the rear now when I get chance!

I am doing the same to mine, ordered the black rear and front badges. My detailer is fitting them next week

Yes mate with some great results apparently!

Dan on here has posted up a few times as he’s a tech at REVO, he runs a pre GPF himself and has a GPF development car.

Nice, I might have to get someone to fit the rear one as I’m likely to **** it up. It’s a shame it’s not as easy as changing the front one!
