B Pillar Trim Install

Hey guys i have looked everywhere on any kind of instructions on how to remove and install the b pillar trim , i recently bought a new gloss black version since mine were extremely wore if anyone has done this previously or has and idea how to the help would be appreciated! :Grey B7:

these are the ones i purchased -

You have to pull the seal back to reveal the rivets, drill old ones out, remove old trims, clean the paintwork & surrounding areas, refit with new rivets, maybe paint the heads black.

Ah nice one mate, any idea where i can pickup new rivets in that case?
 
As mentioned above, a rivet gun is needed to refit the new trims.
When we fitted mine it was a 2 man job just to hold the seal out of the way while the rivets were lined up properly. Can be very fiddly if done on your own, but not impossible.
