Hey Folks,

After reviewing the Ireland/Northern Ireland section of Audi-Sport it appears that there hasn't been any new events this year.

It would be good to get something organised perhaps a "Cars/Coffee" theme or something along those lines just to get a catchup with everyone, talk cars, meet any new faces to the group or Audi brand and perhaps a VCDS coding session if people are interested.

Open to ideas and suggestions for locations, dates, themes etc so just comment away....

Cheers

Cracking idea mate, the region has been very quiet of late, not even sure who the RO is or where he is but a meet would be great, I very much miss the days of old when we were doing the regular meets and shows.

I know I haven’t been faithful :whistle2: but if you don’t mind seeing the enemy car there or failing that I’ll nab the mother’s Volkswagen CC for the meet, at least it’s still part of the VAG group hahaha then I’d certainly love to be there with you guys.

Be good to meet some like minded car people for a chin wag and see some old faces too if there are any still here. A country park or the likes with lovely scenery for pics would be great, I’m sure @Sandra probably has some dealership meets in the pipeline for this year so that’s something to look forward too as well.

Regardless of car will be nice to meet and catch up bud. Bring your car as it’s a beaut.

Likewise

I’ll see if I can borrow the A7
Failing that it’ll either be a British classic or the MG...

Since we’re spread over the countryside where is best to meet up? Lisburn? or is it easier for everyone to get to Belfast?

Edit:
It’s hard to believe that 5 years have passed since that first meet at Belfast Audi

Is that how long it’s been? Lol makes me feel really old now :welcoming:

I think Belfast is fairly central for the majority, or might be worth a spin to Kirkistown if there was a good track day on or the likes.

If anyone has any other ideas then throw them up, be good to get something sorted for the next few weeks :yahoo:

I'd be up for a meet up at some stage. Sprucefield, or one of the applegreen services maybe be fairly central and food and drink to hand, though I'm not fussy ill go anywhere.

Aaron, I have already told you that you are not allowed to attend until you upgrade and join the four rings again!lol Only joking, as I already said mate you are more than welcome no matter what car you drive! :)

Excellent thats great to hear guys, Sprucefield and Apple Green are good suggestions @Jamesc_89 as you said food and drink are close plus there is plenty of parking, but Belfast is good also if that suits everyone better.

What dates would be best, I understand with the Summer months people might be jetting off or have plans, so I want to try and get a date which suits everyone the best! :)

Thanks man :yahoo: hahaha enemy car lurking from the corner, spying on the Audi’s!

Still looking, maybe some day I could afford an RS6 :welcoming:

I’m assuming it would be a Saturday or Sunday, so maybe 20th/21st July? Gives everyone plenty of time to get organised for it, so no excuses :whip:

I’m not available 20/21 July.

Maybe we should try for one evening?Applegreen would give a choice of eats/coffee, but which one... hmm, choices

How does the Saturday 7th September suit everyone, or is there any other dates in September which suit better?
