Sorry to say this about badger5 but customer support (Bill) is very arrogant, like he is the last cookie...

there are always 2 sides to a story... and just coming here to bash someone is just plain ignorant and either unneeded, or if indeed needed, at least give the proper motivation why....

I have had loads of dealings with Bill and not something I have ever seen. He is very good at what he does and also pretty straight forward .Absolutely no point in making a statement like you have without any context.

Can't please everyone, least of all customers with attitudes who get the hump when I tell them I am not interested in their business because of their attitude.
Feel free to shop elsewhere

Badger5, god this guy's been around for ages & never heard a bad word about him & tbh I'd be more inclined to believe his response than the OP having read many positives about him.

Customer support would presuppose he had provided work services already, as he hasn't & choses who he would like to work with, I'd say the ops words are unfounded.
