I've always found the rear washer jets a bit problematic in terms of adjusting the angle of where the fluid was going, recently stuck a toothpick in there to try to clean things up and now nothing's coming out! Anyone got any idea how to sort this out?

had the same problem with mine just dribbling out so used the wire from inside a bendy bag tie to wiggle inside the hole then try the washers and kept repeating until I finally got both jets squirting , on a previous car I had to fill washer bottle with milton sterilising fluid because of a green sludgy build up in the tank which continually blocked the jets. worked a treat .

You probably pushed the blockage further in? Try using a small sewing needle to pry blockage out. Failing that remove the washer nozzle and see if it needs replacing or just a good clean

Good suggestions, I'll try something thinner, failing that good ol' Milton fluid (lovely smell, I remember it from holidaying with a baby lol).

Yeah, I've probably pushed some crud together to block them. I did remove the nozzle before shoving the toothpick in.

I sorted it out, it was the nozzles that were clogged up (when I removed the nozzle and used the stork, water was jetting out). Small needle did the trick! Saved the £7 :)

:footy:Happy days.

I got a can specialist tool on amazon that cleans the jets. It’s the similar thing that main dealers use. Not expensive.
