Had my 2016 PFL in with the local dealer today for an S Tronic fluid change.
Got home this evening and looking through the paperwork I can’t see any reference to the filter having been changed, there’s no line item for it on the parts list and even the description of the work just says ‘Carried our Audi gearbox oil change’.
My question is, should the filter have been changed as well, and am I wrong to expect it to show as a line item on the parts listing (they break it down by nut and washer so would expect so!)?
They did quote me cheaper than the fixed price on the Audi site, on another piece of paperwork I was given with a list of prices for other service items it looks like I paid the price under the ‘segment 1 RRP’ section, whatever that means! The ‘Segment 2 RRP’ was the price on the Audi site, about £30 difference which could be the filter?
Will call them in the morning but thought would ask here in case it’s something obvious I’m missing, thanks!
