Firstly, @Bristle Hound Happy New Year bud - and to all the others on here that offer such invaluable advice to the detailing-newbs like myself.


Plans for 2020 are:

DA Polisher if I'm feeling brave!
Wheels-off to clean the barrels properly as they have glued-on grime!
Return the exhaust tips to their shining glory as they are worse than the wheels!
De-badge the S-Line, A4 & TFSI badges, possibly even the 4-rings on the boot.
Complete interior detail - looking forward to this one.

(Not detailing related) Sort out the stereo, starting with the ****@@@ rattling sub on the parcel shelf!

In2detailing had really good Boxing day deals on DAs, not sure if it is still there or not but worth having a look.

Give my GTI a two stage paint correction and maybe try out ceramic coating it if I’m feeling brave. Need to get the wheels off and properly clean out the arches and sort the carbon stained exhaust tips out.
