deionized water rinse?

Same here: mains through de-chlorinator (supposed to maintain the resin for longer as advised here previously) to Raceglaze vessel and out to dedicated hose-reel to car and/or bucket - I use this same filtered water for no-smear window cleaning...

"Thread Revival"

I recently moved house (just don't ask me where ) and I can clearly see the water here is way more hard than where I used to live previously. Kinetico tells me it is at 292.5 (why not 292 or 293 :grimacing:) so I have ordered TDS Water Meter from Amazon as well as 0ppm Race Glaze filter. Let's hope Race Glaze gets delivered before Friday so that I can wash both the cars.

Pretty much what my ppm is mate.
I would recommend investing in what John did just above (chlorine filter). I haven’t yet, but sounds like it really prolongs the resin.

For drinking water I believe this is pretty high. Imagine what it would be like for the outside tap
