Normally driving the 5 hours straight after a full days walk totally wrecks me, but I was in convoy with a mate in his landy so it flew by.

It's the only way I can get my Scotland fix :yahoo: need to move up to the highlands one day...I wish

just realised how much works gone into that, forgot about the 25 year old import rule in the states.....meaning they've added the dash/interior from a 07 onwards into a truck of that age!

interior is a no from me to be honest, but the outside is a big yes....just needs some classier looking wheels

Great pic Matt :thumbs up:
Snow is on the top of the Ochils at the mo and Aviemore already has decent snow on the mountains, so it’s on the way at higher levels. Both enjoy wherever you’re going it’ll be stunning.

I could not agree more Crianlarich is a dump, the only thing it has going for it is a fork in the road to better areas.

Sounds nice and wintery! Think north england and down is meant to thaw but scotland is staying cold? This was me on saturday living the dream :cold::rockwoot:

But I'd rather blue sky winter days

Small update on the bus, sorry for the bad pics!

Got the back setup how I'd imagined, false floor, dogs on top, and storage to the sides, with a spot for the big calor gas bottle to be tied down in.
Also added a drop down table to the rear door.... just a few electrical bits ti get wired in!
All in preparation for a 2 week scottish hillwalking extravaganza in April.
