I had my car serviced last week by a specialist Indy as Audi refused to honour their price match promise without a signed affidavit from the Queen stating that the Indy was going to use the correct oil, what the exact part number was and exactly how much to the nearest millilitre they were going to use.
The Indy is approved to access the online service record system and registered the work immediately, giving me both a print-off of it and later a screenshot of the record on the system in an email.
However, it still hasn't appeared on the MyAudi service record. All that is there is the PDI details the supplying dealer entered. I emailed Audi UK showing them a copy of the screenshot. but they are just saying that there is nothing on the system, tough (Not their exact words, but not far off and that's definitely the gist).
Has anyone has similar issues? Does it take a while for the system to get updated, or has something gone wrong here?
