Has any one been having problems with the MyAudi app is the last month? I know its not known for reliabilty but I havent been able to get the app tocommunicate with the car for a couple of weeks.

The cars online features all seems to work.

The app ocasionally calls up a server error but normally just times out. Ive tried re-installing the app but no change.
 
Worked for me fine this morning (thank God) forgot to lock my car so done it through the app. No issues.

Yes there was issues, which Audi had put up a message about if you had gone to the website version, although this notice has been removed now . All has been working since for the last few days...
 
Still havent been able to get the app to work. Digging into it a bit my car appears to have forgotton me as a key user. Ive tried re-registering but get an connection error occured as per this thread: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q5...di-connect-connection-error-occurred-2953134/

I've deleted myaudi account/app and re-registered but still getting the same error. Anyone else having issues/know of current problems?
 
yep was all working up to a month ago. Its since the cars been to the dealer for some un-related warranty work, i suspect they updated the MMi software and it lost its setings.
 
They would not update the mmi firmware unless it was related to fixing an issue with your car and advised to by Audi central. So do you think it could have been? Historically dealerships do not habitually update firmware...
 
Just saying it seems like a coincidence. Then somehow my car has lost its settings randomly regarding the key user.
