Erisin android radio won't turn off when key removed, and background noise

Hi guys,

Just picked up a 2010 a3 with bose system and concert radio, so replaced it with this erisin unit (link below).

Now I've plugged it in and It powers on without the key, and doesn't turn off with key removed, any ideas?

Also with the car and radio off there's a faint noise from the speakers, and when radio is on there's a lot of interference noises when not playing music.

I've attached pics of the harness adapter etc to see if that helps.

that was my first port of call, but it didnt have the connector to swap on the harness.

sent it back and got this xtrons pb78aa3p unit instead, very happy, bose system etc is all working too.
