Hey guys, wondering what everyone is running suspension wise coilovers or springs etc? I have C7 S-Line stock ride height and feel like it needs lowering especially the rear.

Not looking for massive drop as don't want to be scraping every speed bump.
Also good quality springs or coils that wont affect ride comfort too much.

Car is on Veeman VM1 20" by 9j et35 (I think) and could do with spacers too.
Cheers.

My Bitdi has the S-Line sports suspension with suspension range 142 on 20” and its perfect, think it’s 20mm lower over standard, wouldn’t like it any lower as speed bumps could be a problem.

Yeah mine must be lowered 20mm too from Factory maybe spacers to bring the wheels out flush with the body might make it appear better.

I’m on KW street comfort coilovers lowered about 45mm all round. Rides amazing much better than stock S-Line set up.

BC racing BR series, rides firm but not something dramatic, I've got mine droped all the way. Need to sort that back out as not low enough

Not really but I am carful when parking face on into curbs as the splitter makes the front a bit lower. Plus there’s not too many speed bumps where we live. I always go for coilovers over springs as it’s a gamble if springs will give you the look you want.

Did you take the all of the standard spring mounts off he rear ? They left the top ones in on the rear of mine so it’s at the lowest setting on the rear so I can potentially lower the rear of mine another 10-15mm at the rear of I take that out.

I can't Renee what I've done to it to be honest. I keep saying I'll have a look underneath but I can't be asked to get the tools out
Pictures of you're setup would be much appreciated

Your car looks amazing lowered 45mm that's exactly where I want mine, but I don't want to be scraping stuff worrying about it.

You said you're running spacers, I have a set of 20mm spacers at home with extended wheel bolts I might try them on the rear at the weekend as the rear wheels sit in quite a bit. Hard to tell in pic but it's all I got at the moment.

I’m on 9x20 et33 with 12mm spacers on the front & 5mm on the rear. I’m going to put 8mm on the rear when I get time to fit them.

what brand 5mm spacers have you got on at the moment?

Im on 8.5x20 et 25 and might add 5mm or 8mm if i can find some decent ones as the hubcentric ones start at 10mm

On another note has anyone fitted an RS6 Front bumper to their A6 saloon?
I'm looking at buying one as it makes the front much more aggressive. Pic of one I'm looking at below
