Also worth knowing if you lift the boot floor up to just over the carrier bag holders then pop them out it holds the boot floor to give you unrestricted access to the spare wheel and tools should you ever need them

Quattro?I must be daft, i thought the lower boot floor was an option. I've looked at mine and it can't go any lower as the spare wheel is in the way?!

How does the a3 boot floor be raised I’ve only had the car 6 weeks and can’t seem to raise it is there anything that fits under the floor
Only one position in the saloon as well.Depends on your start point!! In this thread you have 2 pictures. The 1st picture in the 1st post, the boot floor is in the lower position. You can tell this by looking at the rear sides where the mount points are. 2nd picture in the post above yours, the boot floor is in the raised position. I think in the A3, if you have Quattro or the subwoofer in the boot, then you cant lower it, it has one position.
It’s front wheel drive a3 8v sportback and I have a space saver and a bang olufsen sub
It must be in the low position because It’s lower than the mounting points
Sorted my a3 boot liner fits nowPut it up then!!
