Stevens machine

Now can I just say, that's the biggest improvement so far, wheels looks great and ride height etc is so much better than before.
I can give you 9 out of 10 now, cant be 10 as the grille lets the front end down a bit for me but otherwise much better looking.:thumbs up::yes:

Grill might get done Next time the front bumper is off LOL
I'm pretty much finished with it now.

I just need to map out the egr delete and sort the interior with a double din. I might tint the rear lights.....

And do something about that towbar, I know they have their uses but they don't have to be on show 24/7 .
I fitted a westfalia removable neck setup, fixed ones do nothing for the back end, well that's my input.

It protects my rear end

Might have to agree here.... Back in the day when my daily runner was an Astra/Bedford Van, it had a tow bar. One day, minding my own business waiting at the lights, another van ran into the back of me fairly hard (he was scoping babes on the pavement) - completely smashed in the front of his van, burst the radiator, bent the chassis. My total damage? Knocked the reflector out of my towball cover. Picked it up, popped it back in. Quite satisfying actually...... :sly:

However, have to agree with Rob - kinda spoils the clean lines of the Audi..... Can't really say too much though 'cos my other Audi has a towbar on it...

I could unbolt it but you know the day I do.....

Not updated this for a while. Not much happening apart from the engine got removed to fix my lack of heat and I now have a fuel leak from the pump....

If it wasn't in a garage the scrap metal men would of had that in the morning, its about as much use as a broken fridge as well.

Dirty Ford.

Ive only spent a year so far modifying my car and its gave me moments i want to sell it, i guess if you’ve had enough then you've had enough, you have to cut your loses at some point.

Mate of mine bought a VW crafter and after six months he eventually sold it. All the money he spent trying to sort it he was £5500 lighter.
Knowing when to get rid is obviously hard.

Got 1600quid

Spent that fixing it. I had lost Faith, had to go. This isn't the end for me

I've had nearly 6 years of continuous outlay on my old bus, not all down to the car it has to be said , but there has been way more than i'd have liked.
Like they say, you either get a good one or a bad one, I got a Friday afternoon special .

Mine bit off more than I can chew....

I don't mind spending money on a car, but at what time and cost I determine.
