Audi A3 volume going down

Can anyone help? I’ve just brought my A3 in the uk it’s a 2014 reg & this is my first Audi. When driving the volume on the stereo goes down on its own, then will briefly turn up again before turning back down. Really annoying! Even if I turn the volume up when it goes down it stays the same

No idea I’ve tried turning gala down didn’t make a difference

That’s the one donnydriver that’s the only thing I can think of that affects volume

If i mind you need to do it through vcds , cant mind exactly if its mod 37nav or 57 radio channel 225 and turn off from there
