Help Please new front brake discs and pads

hello everyone, I have just changed the front discs and pads but one thing I did not do is keep the metal strip that goes on the pads were you attach the wear sensor but it is attached to the pad and no faults reported so can you get a replacement, one of the slider pins was seized solid and had a hell pf a job getting it out,
with it being Sunday I could only clean it up and pack it with grease and put it back it is sliding, I will renew in several weeks time, any advice welcome thanks from Colin.

thanks for the reply but what I need is the metal strip that goes on the drake pad before clipping in the wear sensor wire, I have mislaid mine, but the car is back on the road with new discs and pads and all seems fine touch wood cheers from Colin
