Hi all,
Just had an interesting conversation with the local Audi dealership who are saying that as the car (S3) was not serviced at an Audi dealership it is worth less and they cannot sell in their dealership and have to send to auction instead.
Now I have spoken to the Audi specialist who has serviced the car and they have confirmed that they update the digital service record direct and pay Audi for the privilege of doing this! I obviously have copies of all of the invoices from the services, oil changes, etc.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Where do I stand?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Louis
