got a fault with a leaking swirl flap actuator, it doesn’t hold vacuum. I’m going to take off the manifold and either replace it or swap out for a BKD manifold to get rid of the flaps.
Then I started thinking about the DPF, will removing the flaps increase soot into the DPF?

I then looked at VCDS to see the current state and it have 0 successful and 0 failed regenerations and it’s only showing 11% full. Does this sound right. It has light use 20 miles to work and back in light motorway traffic, no town driving. I would have thought it’ll have had a regen at some point.
Would a leaking vacuum line give DPF false reading? I don’t are related.
Car is 2007 170 A3 with 120k miles.

Thanks.

I can’t seem to attach the VCDS screenshot from iPhone.
