Autocar review as well https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/...-rs6-avant-kickstarts-new-performance-product. If they are right about only a small increase over the outgoing model's £79,470, then it will be something of a bargain against an M5 at £91,600

Anyone paying even close to list price for any BMW would be mad. I’ve seen new M5s sub £72k
Given that the current discount for an A6 is around 24%, but only 10% with a standard M5, on coast2coast, still making it more expensive than the list price of a RS6. One would think any discount with the RS would make it more attractive...

You can do much better than 10%, some dealers are giving £20k+ deposit contributions
Yeah corrected, with further research I found one with £26.5k dealer contribution on a PCP. Surprised that a dealership offer would be less than a internet broker...
True but in my experience BMW M discounts are far more aggressive than Audi's on RS models. Deals can be had if you strike at the right time but BM goes bonkers and then punters complain about depreciation.
