Sportback Front grille broken

Didn’t notice this when I bought the car. Was the typical “buying from a big car sales place it must be ok” kind of purchase. Wasn’t until cleaning it when the mitt kept catching that I noticed the smashed grille.
Where can I get a new one and are they a nightmare to fit?

That’s terrible. Can’t you at least try with where you bought it?
 
Tom Fox Crewe Audi parts, if the car place won’t play ball is your only hope of a genuine part.
Probably won’t be cheap mind you

I bought the car in November. I noticed the crack in the plastic piece but thought for some reason it must have been made like that. God knows why.
Then when I was on a detailing course recently we were going round the car looking for damage and someone pointed it out.
Pretty sure I haven’t done it. You’d hear something wouldn’t you if you hit something to cause that damage.
