Audi’s in the park 11

If I wasn't stuck offshore until 20th August :concern: I would be there. Hopefully AITP12 will be the one for me. I suppose I could always put holiday in :icon thumright:

No, the logistics of going sick on an oil rig are extremely complicated. Not to mention expensive :friendly wink:

Im thinking of going tomorrow, not sure how the weather is going to be like if its anything like todays! Washed the car and everytime I try to dry it, it starts drizzling.. go back inside and its stops. Came back out and it starts again, I got fed up.

Bulldog - what time you thinking of going?

@Nikhil I'm going to leave about 7:30 & picking a mate up in Essex so hopefully be there for about 9:30. Just hope the rain holds off.

I just reached home.. really good event but sadly ruined by the heavy down pours.

Which car was yours? I was parked up by the Audi Sport banner, near the blue RS7, nardo grey RS6 and the red A6.

Was really good to meet new people, seeing as this was my first Audi show. Some great cars and the atmosphere was good, enjoyed it. I was the guy in the yellow hoodie taking pics of the A6 avant's and the RS6's.

Highly impressed with my BiTurbo, saw 47.2 mpg on the way up (in comfort mode) and 48.7 mpg on the way back home sticking to around 75-80mph. Boy does she fly when you stomp on it!

@Nikhil Wasn’t a great show but had a good time anyway. I was parked about 6 cars up from where you was parked.

Oh that was yours! I was checking your car out and walked around it. I was actually trying to look for the owner as I wanted to ask some questions about the wheel/suspension setup.

Have you lowered it? If so, what springs did you use and what spacers did you use?

Car looks great with the roofbox, I love that look.

That looks great.

Does it effect the suspension when you change from comfort to dynamic?

I don’t have drive select on mine but the suspension is much smoother than on the standard S-Line suspension.

Shame about the rain (although I did get some epic beading pics) but altogether a good day out. Here are some of my pics,
